Simple Mode

Simple mode is the default for all users. It shows only what you need to write and publish.

What’s visible in simple mode

• Title (headline)
• Author and category dropdowns
• Feature image uploader
• Tags
• Draft toggle
• Full-width markdown editor
• Publish button

What’s hidden

• Live preview panel (available via Vis preview button)
• Formatting toolbar (available via floating toolbar when text is selected)
• File path
• Word count
• Shortcode buttons (only + shortcode is shown)
• Commit history
• Draft overview

Switching modes

Click ⚙ Avansert in the top bar to switch to advanced mode. Your preference is saved automatically.
